Discover foods that relieve menstrual cramps

4) Citrus fruits

Grape, orange, acerola or pineapple? You can choose your favorite! Citrus fruits, in general, are great against colic. In addition to being tasty, they have a lot of Vitamin C, helping to reduce inflammatory processes.
