Are you going to hit the road? Check out Alpfilm's tips for safe fun

For those who like to travel, there is no doubt that taking a break from the daily routine can mean lively and unforgettable days even in 2021, when we are still dealing with the worldwide pandemic of the new Coronavirus. We know that the vaccine has already started to be applied to the priority public, but care must continue in our routine. In other words, we can celebrate, but not relax, let alone forget the security measures!

So, if you have already decided to hit the road, you need to be attentive and prepared to comply with the rules stipulated by the local authorities, keeping in mind that one or the other rule may change from city to city.

Therefore, we have compiled a list of what you will find on your trips to get you ready to enjoy a few days away from the routine without giving up care:

Temperature check

This measure is applied both when boarding and disembarking - whether you are going to travel by plane or by bus - or when you arrive to stay at a hotel or to enter spaces such as museums, restaurants and shops. Our tip is to pay attention to your body's signals.

Mandatory use of the mask

The use of the mask is mandatory in all locations. The mask can be disposable or washable and should always cover your mouth and nose. Remember: your entry will be prevented if you have forgotten your mask or refuse to use it correctly.

And always carry more than one mask to make the change when you notice that the mask used is damp. So, transport your masks in an agile and safe way. Therefore, the use of Ziplock bags is highly recommended, as it offers antibacterial protection both for your masks and for personal objects and possible snacks carried in the bag, in addition to being a great option for storing your documents.

New standards of cleanliness and capacity

The cleaning and disinfection of airports, aircraft, hotels and tourist attractions is being carried out with greater frequency, and the capacity for seating in these places is limited to ensure a safe distance for everyone.

So, be sure to book all the necessary services in advance and do not skimp on the use of alcohol in any activity.

Seal for establishments considered safe

For those planning an international trip, it is good to remember that many countries are making available a stamp for tourist establishments that are strictly following all the sanitary guidelines to fight the Coronavirus. In Brazil, this label is called “Responsible, Clean and Safe Tourism”, issued by the national tourist authorities. It is a visual sign that identifies establishments and tourism guides that have declared their commitment to adopt protocols to protect tourists and workers against Covid-19. For this reason, you should be attentive and visit only establishments that have this seal.

It is important to emphasize that Brazil was one of the first 10 countries in the world to launch biosafety protocols for the tourism sector, therefore, there is nothing more just than respecting the measures imposed and contributing to the containment of the new Coronavirus. While the vaccine does not come for everyone, we continue to do our part!
