7 recipes to enjoy food and save more!

# 1 - Risotto dumpling

Did you make a special dinner, but overdo it and left a lot of risotto? No problem, because this food can become a good snack the next day.

For this recipe, you will need cubes of mozzarella, basil, lemon zest, breadcrumbs and, of course, risotto. The first step is to mix the chopped basil, with the lemon zest, with the cold risotto. Then, make a ball with this mixture (to make it easier, you can moisten your hands) and place a mozzarella cube inside. Then, just bread using the egg and breadcrumbs, fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes and you're done. You will have a delicious appetizer!

 

# 2 - Passion fruit peel candy

This recipe is one of the easiest ones on this list. To make it, you need to wash the passion fruit well, without the pulp and without the yellow part (that is, only that white and hard part), and leave to soak overnight to soften. Then, just drain, cut into segments and place in a pan with 2 cups of sugar and 3 cups of water, over medium heat. When the syrup thickens and the shells are soft, you are ready.

And a special tip: a pinch of cinnamon goes very well with this dessert!

 

# 3 - Stalk pate

Generally, when preparing a salad, the stalks of vegetables are dispensed, but they can turn into a tasty pâté, ideal for a starter (such as a canapé) or to accompany a salt cracker and make a great snack. And the preparation is super easy. 

Just separate a little chopped onion, add the chopped and cooked stalks, a little parsley, a little chives and sauté. Then you can add mayonnaise and beat everything in a blender or mixer, with a pinch of salt. That simple!

 

# 4 - Mango Peel Ice Cream

This is a fruit that appeals to almost everyone, isn't it? And you can use the shells to make a very refreshing dessert! 

For this, you will need sugar, 3 eggs, 2 cups of milk and 4 tablespoons of sour cream. First, cook the shells with the sugar. Then, add the cooked shells with the egg yolks and milk, beat in a blender and bring the mixture back to the fire to cook. Then remove from heat and add the egg whites and cream. Finally, just take it to the freezer and let the ice cream take shape for about 8 hours. 

 

# 5 - French bread lasagna

You know that salt bread that was left over from the snack and now nobody wants to eat it because they've already lost the crunchy rind? It is great for you to make a practical and delicious lunch.

To do this, just wet the bottom of a pyrex with red and white sauce, make a layer with the sliced ​​bread, another layer with ham and cheese and repeat until the ingredients are finished (and, if the bread is hard, you can wet it with some milk). Then bake for about 15 minutes and you're done!

 

# 6 - Banana Peel Steak

This recipe is great for enjoying the peels of the fruit and also offering a vegetarian option for lunch with friends and family. Furthermore, it is very easy to do!

First, you must remove the entire banana peel, using a knife to make a single cut and open it, leaving it in the shape of a steak. Then wash the shells and cut the ends. Then just season with garlic and salt, bread and fry in very hot oil. When both sides are golden brown, it is ready to serve.
