Family lunch with Alpfilm! Check out a special recipe to make your Good Friday even tastier.

On this special date, we want to call the whole family and assemble that tasty and practical dish. After all, regardless of religion, Easter invites us to celebrate a family moment with a focus on communion and harmony between loved ones.

Generally, fish recipes take center stage on our tables when Easter season arrives, isn't it? However, this does not mean that we have to repeat the same type of fish in our meals.

Therefore, our tip is to surprise the family with a very simple and tasty dish: tender and succulent oven-roasted dogfish!

And the best: it's a lactose-free, gluten-free recipe and fits all budgets.

Come on!

  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • After that time, preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish with a little oil and arrange the dogfish fillets separately without the bay leaf. Bake the dogfish for 10-15 minutes over high heat.
  • After the cooking time, remove the delicious roasted dogfish from the oven and serve it with, for example, vegetable soufflé from a blender, banana farofa for fish or potato to your taste.
