With the arrival of summer, we decided to consult our followers to know which are the best natural juices for hot days. After all, we cannot give up hydration and a healthy diet, so there is nothing better than good juice!

WATERMELON WITH LEMON
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of diced seedless watermelon (which can be stored in the freezer in the Alpfilm ziplock)
- broth of 1 lemon
- ¾ cup (tea) of water
- sugar and ice cubes to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- In a blender, add the watermelon, water and lemon juice (if you want, add sugar to taste). Beat until smooth.
- Transfer to a glass and add ice cubes to taste. Serve next.
NB: if you want to take it to work, put the juice in a small bottle with a lid and leave it in the refrigerator until it's time to consume.
ORANGE WITH STRAWBERRY
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oranges
- 1 cup (frozen) frozen strawberries
- 100 ml water
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- First squeeze the oranges and place in the glass.
- Now in a blender, beat the strawberries with 100ml of water.
- Place the strawberry juice over the orange juice in a beautiful glass or bowl and it is ready to serve.
PINEAPPLE WITH MINT
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup diced pineapple without the kernels
- ¾ cup (tea) of water
- 5 mint leaves
- sugar and ice to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- In a blender, add the pineapple, water and mint leaves (if you want, add sugar). Beat until smooth. Transfer to a glass, add ice cubes and serve next.

ORANGE WITH ACEROLA
INGREDIENTS
- 6 acerolae;
- 80 ml orange juice;
- 1/2 cup of water;
- sweetener to taste;
- ice cubes to taste.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Beat all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice and then serve sweetened. You don't have to strain.
ORANGE WITH CARROT
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oranges
- Sugar or sweetener to taste
- 2 medium carrots
- ½ glass of crushed ice
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Leave the oranges and carrots overnight in the refrigerator to keep them cool. Remove the juice from the oranges, put in a blender, add the sugar, ice and chopped carrots. Beat well until everything is well crushed. If you prefer, go through a strainer, and that's it.
