Ingredients:
Hamburger
Duckling – 60 g
Ribs- 60 g
Breast Fat -30 g
Salt and black pepper to taste

1 – egg
2 – minced garlic cloves
2 - tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup oil (tea)

Method of preparation (Burger)
1 – Beat the meat between your hands.
2 – Shape the meat into a ring, taking care to leave it well rounded and with the center lower than the sides.
