Ingredients: 

Hamburger
Duckling – 60 g
Ribs- 60 g
Breast Fat -30 g
Salt and black pepper to taste

1 – egg
2 – minced garlic cloves
2 - tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup oil (tea)
salt to taste

Method of preparation (Burger)

1 – Beat the meat between your hands.
2 – Shape the meat into a ring, taking care to leave it well rounded and with the center lower than the sides.
3 – Warm up a plate or pan with a grill and place the hamburger.
4 – Leave about 2 minutes and turn.
5 – Add salt and pepper. Leave for another 2 minutes - if you use cheese, put it on and use a damper.
6 – Remove from the pan, let it rest for 1 minute and mount it on the bread. Note: The bread should be coated with a little butter to prevent it from falling apart.

How to prepare (Homemade Garlic Mayonnaise)

1 – In the blender, place the egg, yolk, garlic cloves, salt and lemon juice.
2 – Press the pulsar key only to mix.
3 – Leave the appliance on and pour in the oil until you get a thick and homogeneous cream.
4 – Turn it off, put it in a refractory.
5 – Keep in the fridge for up to 1 day after making
